Fresh Picks: Neverdogs

Fresh Picks: Neverdogs

Italian duo Neverdogs impressed with tracks on labels like Roush and This And That, and now head up their own imprint – Bamboleo Records.

The London-based pair have welcomed Matteo Gatti, Spencer Kennedy and Sebastian Ledher to the label alongside music from themselves.

Having just released their debut artist album, titled Details, Neverdogs are ready to take a big step up for the summer 2019 season and have shared their Fresh Picks with us in the process.

Their chart includes tracks from their own label, as well as music from Moan Records, Grand Music and Kittball Records.

Neverdogs – Underground Activity
Label: Bamboleo Records
Release: February 15th

Underground Activity is the title of the first EP on our record label Bamboleo, recently released on the market. A track with an analog colour and a captivating groove, always pumping and with synths that remind us of 90’s house melodies. We’re very happy with having this track represent one of the very first sounds from the imprint.

Matteo Gatti – Bamboleo Mood
Label: Bamboleo Records
Release: March 22nd

Matteo manages to blend the atmospheres of dub with an organic and deep touch and creates innovative grooves enriched with futuristic effects. An engaging track and a bomb on the dance floor. We’ve seen so many different crowds go wild to this massive track!

Sebastian Ledher – Brick Lane
Label: Bamboleo Records
Release: March 22nd

A minimalist house jam with warm analog bass. The whole feeling of Brick Lane consists of soft piano chords on rubbery rhythms, accompanied by advanced and forceful synthesizers. It is a track for the headquarters and Berlin tops and oozes soul. Again, another track we are delighted to have put out on our record label.

Mission Control – Outta Limits (Ricky Montanari & Davide Ruberto
Lost In Space Remix)

Label: Grand Music
Release: April 6th

Amazing track by Ricky and Davide with sick bass analog sounds. Such an attractive track with a perfect combination of old school vocals that complete an underground club atmosphere. Two very talented artists in the electronic sphere that we’re very happy to support.

Manuel De Lorenzi – Pacific Rhythm
Label: Moan Records
Release: February 18th

Pacific rhythm is a peak time tune where the minimal groove fits perfectly with the rolling percussion and deep sounds. The break is filled with sexy female vocals which represent the mark of this producer. This guy just oozes class and always offers up slick and smooth productions.

Sllash & Doppe – LEGO
Label: Kittball Records
Release: February 8th

Tech-house bomb track to play around 4:00 am with a packed dance floor. The energy that releases after the break is incredible. A track to always keep in mind and have ready to play in many situations – this has caused major pandemonium on many dance floors throughout our shows!

Neverdogs’ Details LP is out now on Bamboleo Records.
