Premiere: uiava – Bad Idea P.1 (PayoYayo Remix)

Warsaw-based Ukrainian artist uiava returns with the five-track ‘Bad Idea’ EP, arriving as Groovebox’s 18th release and the imprint’s first vinyl pressing.

Built around three original productions, the EP is completed by remixes from PayoYayo and Nat Wendell. The release expands Groovebox’s discography sitting alongside previous appearances from Jones&Roth, Garibe, and Lix.

Among the EP’s remixes, PayoYayo reshapes ‘Bad Idea P.1’ through a robust, driving low end, loose tribal rhythms, and reverb-soaked percussion, offering a more intense, hypnotic take on the original, we premiere the remix in full.
