Next month Nice Try Records will follow up on St Plomb’s 2014 debut album Country City Country with a two-part remix project. Taking the knife to the LP will be Crowdpleaser and Deep Down Slam main man Washerman, and we’re delighted to bring you a premiere of the latter’s contribution.
Taking In The Meantime‘s core elements and turbo-charging them over a bouncy low end and driving beat, Washerman adds yet another funky cut to his ever-growing collection. The acid flutters that arrive and disappear again in the mid-section are a nice touch on what is otherwise a straight-up, old-school house groover.
Country City Remixes will be available from the 29th of May.
