Balance series returns with Tim Green mix

The much-loved Balance compilation series has returned following a three-year break, with Tim Green at the helm for the 31st edition. The UK producer and DJ has put together a two-and-a-half-hour mix that showcases his classy, melodic take on house and techno.

The release also features a special download of Green’s remix of Underworld’s classic ‘Two Months Off’, which has received high praise from top DJs like Adam Beyer, Hernan Cattaneo, and Kolsch.

Green follows in the footsteps of previous contributors such as James Holden, Joris Voorn, and Agoria, crafting a beautiful musical narrative that spans genres and tempos. His mix has been influenced by his experiences playing at iconic venues such as Panorama Bar, fabric, Burning Man, and Amnesia.

In addition to his original productions, the mix includes eight of Green’s own edits and remixes, including the standout remix of ‘Two Months Off’. Which has already garnered support from a broad range of DJs, including &ME, Michael Mayer, John Digweed, Horse Meat Disco, and Rampa.

The vinyl edition of Balance 31 will be released on June 2nd, providing fans with a wax copy of Green’s mix that they can rinse for years to come. Overall, the return of the Balance series is a massive positive for club music as a whole.
