London’s Construct agency have been showcasing mixes, putting on parties and delivering high quality sonic cuts for a little over four years. Approaching year five, their now one year old imprint bring the first of their CLTD series, with tracks from Water Walk, Hugo Barritt, Stratowerx and William Welt.

Bringing a mix of vibey techno, laid back electronica and chunky electro grooves, the four track player has something for all tastes. We bring an exclusive first listen of Sam Russo’s Something Else under his alter ego Stratowerx.

Featuring resonant basslines, distorted vocal chops and an array of funkadelic drum hits, Something Else appeals heavily to the post hiphop, electro loving bass head. Sitting somewhere between afterparty and headphone vibes, it might suit different environments for different people, but one thing not in doubt is it’s ability to move your head.
