Shir Khan’s Berlin imprint Exploited Recordings have had a great start to the 2015 year, with the growth of their Black Jukebox sampler series, the launch of their Exploited Ghetto sub label and of course the success of the main label, they are setting themselves up for a memorable summer of releases and parties.
Now on the third release with their Exploited Ghetto label, Khan and the Exploited team recruit fellow Berliner Click Click for a neat three track player that brings everything from deep tech grooves, 90s vibes and straight up peak time bangers, sampling the infamous Jack vocal hook.
Titled The Muzic Box EP, this one comes in as three different cuts; The Muzic Box, It’s A House Thing and Warehouse. Taking our pick is It’s A House Thing, the 90s inspired synth chords and hypnotic vocal chops merge well with the laid back funk-esque bassline, bringing a recipe for proper dance floor mayhem.
