London based Dense & Pika have built a solid rep’ as a go to provider of no holds barred, in your face bangers. The 2015 launch of their Kneaded Pains imprint will no doubt bring a string of similar sounding releases, the first of which is the latest work from newcomer Blake Stone.

Titled Deftone EP, this one comes as four impressive cuts; Good 2 Me, Deftness, Cruel Tone and digital only addition Affected. With us bringing an exclusive first stream of our top pick, Cruel Tone.

Starting off as a generic heavy hitting techno track, this one quickly progresses into a rhythmic gem. Consisting of dark drum grooves, hypnotic vocal chops and a slightly melodic synth that patters along the top of the mix.
