Premiere: Akero – I Need To Say It

Akero returns to Moving Pictures with his five-track ‘Ogninotte’ EP, featuring three original productions alongside Roman Rai’s ‘Complete Cosmic Rework’ and a remix from Täino.

The release marks the Italian producer’s return to the Prague-based imprint after appearing on the label’s 2024 ‘Sailing to Valinor’ various artists release with his track ‘Illusions’. He’s since seen a run of releases that covered trip recordings and Hooj Choons.

‘Ogninotte’ is the first 2026 release on Moving Pictures, a label that has previously released music from Rico Casazza, Juterus, and label owners Roman Rai and Taino.

‘I Need To Say It’ stands out through its elastic percussive transients, harmonising vocal layers, and sustained bassline movement. Above its low-end weight, the track maintains a glossy melodic shimmer that gives it an immersive club-focused character.
