Pangaea to release debut full length record this October

Hessle Audio co-founder Kevin McAuley, otherwise known as techno producer Pangaea, has revealed details of his first full length record. In Drum Play is due out on the UK imprint in October.

The record is set to fuse the sounds of experimental production and stripped back techno amongst the usual excitement and emotion of the rave. The title itself is described as “a product of that feedback loop between the studio and the club.”

Pangaea made his first appearance back in 2007 with dub influenced sounds on Coiled and has went on to release further material on Hemlock and his own Hadal label.

In Drum Play will be the second album to be released on Hessle Audio, coming after Pearson Sound’s debut record last year.
