HE.SHE.THEY. celebrate 100 releases and announce new VA compilation

HE.SHE.THEY. have reached their 100th release with ‘Realise It’, a new collaboration from SYREETA and Lucas Alexander, while also unveiling plans for the collective’s first various artists compilation later this year.

The forthcoming compilation will feature 23 artists, including Radio Slave, Alinka, Huxley, Catz ’n Dogz, CC:DISCO!, and Maya Jane Coles.

Since launching, HE.SHE.THEY. has expanded from a record label into an international event series spanning 26 countries.

Leading the milestone release, ‘Realise It’ pairs a sampled Skepta vocal with weighty synth work, impactful drum transients, and a bass-driven groove.

“This VA is a celebration of some of our favourite sonic moments from across the label’s first one hundred releases over the past six years. HE.SHE.THEY. was always about releasing a diverse range of genres, styles and of course people. A demonstration of the breadth of our team’s taste and vision and to also give kudos to some of our earlier releases who didn’t get the time on the dancefloor they deserved.”
