Tudor & Caroline Byrne link up for ‘Wish I Didn’t Miss You’
Thriving Welsh house producer Tudor has seen a pretty impressive reception to his upbeat, energy-driven brand of UK house music.
Past releases have seen him release his productions on some of house music’s biggest record labels, including Selected, Ultra Music, and Future Classic.
His latest studio effort finds him team up with New Jersey based producer and singer Caroline Byrne, who offers her talents for a unique take on Angie Stone’s infamous ‘Wish I Didn’t Miss You’ topline.
The track combines Caroline’s uplifting vocal work with the punchy house drums and hypnotic basslines of Tudor, and the result is a well balanced and versatile soundscape that will fit any listening environment.
Talking about the record, Tudor added: “The idea was to infuse one of my favourite songs with my own tastes, whilst trying to maintain the spirit and emotion of the original record.”
