Glasgow’s iconic Sub Club turns 30 this April and club just announced incoming celebrations. Residents Harri & Domenic get things underway on April 1st with an all night long set.
This will be followed by sets from KiNK (live) on April 8th, Kerri Chandler on April 15th and The Black Madonna on May 6th. Larry Heard will also perform live at a different venue, Barrowland Ballroom, on July 15th.
Sub Club’s director Mike Grieve has said “The music still batters the senses, pushing boundaries, constantly reinventing and hopefully setting the tone for what’s coming round the next corner. This is the space where underground clubs really exist, breaking new music, creating new energies, inspiring new ideas, and forging new friendships all along the way.”
