Shine kicks off the Summer with a huge double headline event featuring long standing Shine favourite and dance music Innovator EROL ALKAN taking over the Mandela Hall alongside the now firmly established House star BREACH. Following a massive breakthrough year in 2013 with his singles ‘Everything You Never Had (We Had It All)’ feat. Andreya Triana and the all-conquering ‘Jack’, Breach aka UK-born Amsterdam-based Ben Westbeech recently embarked on a SOLD OUT UK tour with support from Route94. Opening the main room from Erol and Breach is Phantasy Sound’s latest protégé GHOST CULTURE. Room 2 is hosted by the nomadic Belfast based party curators NOCTURNE, who welcome the debut of SOUTH LONDON ORDNANCE. The young UK Bass lead Techno DJ & Producer is a favourite of Scuba’s Hotflush imprint and Richie Hawtin’s ENTER project because of his his deep yet hard-hitting garage / techno hybrid sound. Support comes from Jordan & Lokokos. DSNT takeover room 3 at Shine to showcase some of the best Irish talent with an immersive visual show to compliment the raw sounds. The lineup will feature a live Hardware set from Fran Hartnett, who was handpicked by Surgeon for his Fabric CD plus recent addition to Untold’s Pennyroyal label; Myler.
