German techno is put on display with our latest premiere as Hamburg-based producer Sabura debuts on Teenage Mutants’ Tragedie imprint with his new 3-track Fury EP.
The release combines original titles Fury and Artillery, alongside an impressive remix from emerging talent Peter Pahn. We premiere the latter original, exclusively in full.
The EP adds to Sabura’s previous body of work, which has seen him make appearances on labels like Tiefblau Records, Pour La Vie, Frequenza and EIN2, while the Tragedie catalogue boasts outings from Giorgia Angiuli, Lunar Plane, and of course label owners Teenage Mutants.
From the first second you hit play on Artillery, you’re transported to a wide open soundstage that’s dominated by highly energetic basslines, raw techno synth work, and thumping kick drums.
Sabura’s Fury EP drops April 27th on Tragedie, though you can stream Artillery in full below.
