Berlin imprint Upon You Records has firmly pressed it’s stamp on the international culture of deep and tech. Past releases from Denis Horvat, Ruede Hagelstein and Darlyn Vlys have saw the camp become a respected player in the realm of underground music labels.

Next week will see them release an incredible UY096, just four releases shy of a century. Bringing such a release is none other than Dutch tech head ONNO and since premiering his New Violence Serge 93 remix we have been massive fans.

Titled Some Mo EP, ONNO does an excellent job at delivering a sharp edged player that seemingly not only has the clubs in mind but also gives off a touch of open air party anthem vibes. A perfect inspiration for a European summer?

It comes as three cuts, Some Mo and Stabbing Sally originals alongside a neat Martin Landsky remix; we premiere the latter remix from German Landsky.

Martin Landsky does a great job with this one, his unique ability to take the rigid posture of the original and warp it into a wide, reverb heavy affair of filtered synth swipes and danceable vocal chops is flawless.

Get ‘ONNO – Some Mo EP’ from August 11th on Upon You Records.
