Morcheeba recruit Race Banyon for 'Oh Oh Yeah' remix

Electronic two-piece Morcheeba make a return to their Fly Agaric imprint this month, for a series of quality remixes of their 2021 released album, Blackest Blue.

With a string of remixes from names like Orbital, Voyou, Kutiman, and Gui Boratto, the pair add another level of attraction to their catalogue that appeals to the wider electronic music spectrum, and they just brought yet another impressive edit to the fold.

New Zealand’s Race Banyon joins the team with his own rendition of Morcheeba’s ‘Oh Oh Yeah’, turning the downtempo original into an uplifting house gem, he combines it with fizzling club drums and sharp bassline resonance.

Banyon’s story so far has been one of intrigue and promise, with past productions seeing him on labels such as Kartel Dance, EMK, and Universal Music.

Morcheeba – Oh Oh Yeah (Race Banyon Remix) is out now on Fly Agaric.
