MIX318: Braxton

Brighton-based deep and progressive house talent Braxton joins our mix series this week as he delivers one hour of blissful and spiritually energising club sounds.

Having become an essential part of the Anjunadeep family in recent years, Braxton’s recognition amongst his peers has seen him develop into a go-to provider of emotionally charged studio productions.

His latest outing on the Anjunadeep imprint saw him collaborate with two people that have been paramount to the Anjuna legacy, in Anjunadeep co-founder James Grant, and label mainstay Jody Wisternoff.

Titled ‘SpaceTime’, the release puts Braxton’s name amongst the elite of his genre, and sets the stage for 2022 to be the biggest year of his career so far.

His contribution to our mix series comes with the 318th edition, and a tracklist that features a wealth of quality dance records from names such as Max Cooper, Lawrence Hart, Bicep, and Because Of Art.

The elegant combination of punchy drum rhythms, delicate synth pads, warm filtered basslines, and heavenly vocal chants that often feature on progressive tracks will bring a light to the darkest of rooms, and get your weekend started off right.
