Max Cooper remixes Grandbrothers for new ‘Elsewhere – Remixes and Reworks’ series

Northern Irish producer Max Cooper has opened the remix series for Grandbrothers’ ‘Elsewhere’ album, reworking one of the record’s defining tracks as part of the forthcoming ‘Elsewhere – Remixes and Reworks’ project.

Released via the duo’s own _and_others label, the collection sees a selection of artists reinterpret the expanded sonic world of the album, spanning ambient textures, club-focused approaches, and experimental electronic productions.

Cooper’s remix leads the series, breaking apart the original through intricate rhythms, fractured textures, and detailed sound design.

The wider project will continue with reworks from COMA, Ben Lukas Boysen, Brandt Brauer Frick, and Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, before arriving as a complete mini album on November 6th.
