Mark Knight & Adrian Hour – Suzee EP

The latest from Toolroom don Mark Knight is a collaborative EP with long time friend Adrian Hour, the two track EP features two heavy hitters titled Suzee and Get Down. Released exclusive with Beatport via Toolroom Trax January 5th.

Suzee features a unique vocal hook, matched with tight drums and a stadium sized build up. It gives off a similar feel from a 1605 release, but with a perhaps slightly less emotive approach. A long, never ending break down eventually leaves the speaker to only leave room for the cosmic drop that the track delivers in the second half or the arrangement.

Get Down boats much of the same, but with a much more tech feel, the gritty percussion and rolling hats explode underneath the pitched vocal chops, but while still giving the bassline enough space for a solid impact.
