Mai Lawson debuts on Warung Recordings with ‘Dear Mom Susan’ EP

Having developed a well-deserved status on the Brazilian club scene, Warung Recordings continues to offer quality sounds to the public, and has established its presence beyond the borders of its native country. Not just any label can release tracks from names like Oxia, Magdalena, Kolombo, and BLOND:ISH, and still think about “cultural exchange” with its own scene – like the presence of other important Brazilian names, such as L_cio, Albuquerque, Edu Schwarz – in the label’s catalog.

Following this prolific modus operandi, the daughter label of the acclaimed Brazilian club has already produced more than sixty releases, creating a web of sound possibilities that ends up with Warung Recordings energising clubbers all over the world. On their most recent outing, the label is betting on Mai Lawson and her “emotionally mesmerising” sound.
