Kaiolyn, real name Kyle Tesalona, is a producer hailing from Port St. Lucie, South Florida. During his time at Florida State University Kaiolyn began to embark on a creative journey, experimenting with piano, jazz harmonies and electronic production whilst gaining knowledge in engineering and sound manipulation.
In 2012 Kaiolyn began producing music with a team of musicians and visual artists called Ethnikids where he has worked with Dim Mak artist Will Brennan and Jamaican Mad Decent signee Kickraux. The Ethnikids aesthetic is very diverse; style ranges from electronic music to rap and the collective gained their first success collaborating with Kickraux on a remix of Porter Robinson’s ‘Sad Machine’.
We have Kaiolyn’s latest work, ‘Prophet’, available for free download. Definitely a track that strikes a chill out vibe, influence from artists like Cashmere Cat is very visible. Shaking, emotional vocals provide the narration for an immersive, impassioned journey.
