Just Her Remixes KatrinKa’s ‘Echo Gnomic’ for Chapter 24

Despite being a young seven months old, the Chapter 24 imprint has featured a number of impressive players from Quartz and Twelve Minds among others. They now call up two of the UKs go to female producers; KatrinKa and Just Her.

KatrinKa brings a fresh package of two originals and two remixes. Titled Echo Gnomic and Beauty, we have the pleasure of hosting an exclusive full length of one half of Him_self_her Just Her’s ‘Edition’ of Echo Gnomic.

With the Echo Gnomic original relying strongly on it’s groove and dance floor ability, the Just Her remix pulls things back slightly. Giving a much more emotive experience of warm synth pads and melancholic percussion.

The subtle progression takes the remix to a state of resonant synth bass, heavier drums and blend of hypnotic vocal cuts. Something similar to what you might experience at a Berlin inspired deep tech afterparty.
