ITAI brings new life to ‘A Trip to Idyllwild’ with a 9-track remix LP
ITAI brings new life to his 2021 album ‘A Trip To Idyllwild’ as it gets the remix treatment from a selection of prominent organic house producers ranging from Just Emma to Dandara.
The 8-track album was released on Laroz’s Camel Riders imprint, and it came out at a time when ITAI was a relatively unknown artist in the realms of electronic music.
That album spring-boarded his career by showcasing him as a talented jazz musician who had been combining his passion for playing saxophone with electronic music production.
The 9-track remix pack of the album features new interpretations from PheuZen, Just Emma & Urem, Zuma Dionys, Matija & Richard Elcox, Max TenRoM, Dandara, Alvaro Suarez, Catori, and Noraj Cue.
Most of the remixes are slightly more up-tempo than their original counterparts and each has been produced with the dancefloor firmly in mind, while keeping the quality of musicianship that makes ITAI’s style so appealing.
