AVA Festival Prepares For Launch

Despite being in its infancy, Audio Visual Arts has quickly become one Belfasts most eagerly anticipated cultural celebrations. This is an event that will not only present an array of the cities finest musical talent, but also feature a wide palette of artistic and creative knowledge.

It’s often the case that with large scale productions talent is out sourced, perhaps leaving some of the emerging artists of Belfast in the dark. With AVA, it’s much of the opposite, with the majority of performing artists and guest speakers residing from the same postcode as the venue.

With partners and panelists set to back the event including Ableton, Beatport, AFEM and Generator NI, the team behind AVA have left nothing to chance. Headlining the event are Phil Kieran, Space Dimension Controller, Optimo and one of Belfast’s most successful acts as of late, Bicep. The all day-night event will surely be impressive to even the most demanding of punters.
