10 Best Techno tracks of March 2016

These techno charts are my favourite pieces to write, I get to sit all day and listen to new techno releases and after a few hours of heavy basslines consolidate my favourites into ten choices.

After a gap in the series, this is our first this year so far, listing the 10 best techno releases of March 2016. We see incredibly produced wonders from Butch, Len Faki, Blawan and Sleeparchive in here, and it’s bangers from start to finish.

10. Gemini Voice Archive – Atmospheric Circulation

Kicking things off is Spanish duo Gemini Voice Archive, returning to Slam’s Glasgow imprint Soma Records. Having impressed us with tracks like Geocentrica in the past, #10 on this months list is Atmospheric Circulation.

Having now been around for over 25 years, Soma Records has become an institution of British dance music, a stretch beyond the digital only labels of the current decade.

Atmospheric Circulation delivers pulsating percussion rhythms, crashing highs and a strong low end that all come together for a real techno stomper.
