Premiere: Marvin Zeyss – Let Loose
German artist Marvin Zeyss makes an overdue return to Beatwax Records with his new four-track ‘Piece Of Me’ EP, marking a renewed collaboration with the imprint. The label has previously released music from artists including Homebase, Marc Spieler, and Beatamines.
Taken from the EP, ‘Let Loose’ gets our hat tip, and captures Zeyss’ approach to playful, groove-led house music with a distinct deep tech edge. The track leans on sluggish drum patterns and a pronounced low-end, creating a weighty yet fluid rhythmic foundation.
Zeyss has also released music on labels such as UM Records and Space Breaks Records, alongside a number of licensed compilation inclusions.
