Premiere: Close Proximity – Pure Ascendance (Maruwa Remix)
Frankfurt-based producer Maruwa delivers a dynamic remix on Close Proximity’s new ‘Pure Ascendance’ EP – out early July via French imprint Minitel.
The three-track release features the UK duo’s original tracks ‘Pure Ascendance’ and ‘Acid Is My DNA’, alongside Maruwa’s rework of the title track. Her version layers a dense low-end with tight percussion and progressive-leaning club textures.
With past releases on Pets Recordings and Freeride Millenium, Maruwa continues to shape a clear, club-focused sound grounded in rhythm and detail.
Close Proximity – Pure Ascendance EP is out July 4th on Minitel.
